And to top it all off he wasn’t crawling yet…. so he didn’t make me chase him all around the studio (even though crawling pictures are among my fav’s)! This set of twins could not be more different in their little personalities. One outgoing and friendly while the other little one was much more cautious and quiet. (clearwater baby photographer) Oh MY goodness! This sweet thing turned on some serious personality for her first birthday session! She was SUCH a blast to have in the studio! I am sorry that this is her last session of the popular TGP New Beginnings Plan but I am sure (at least I hope) I will see her for many more sessions to come as she grows through the next few years. Smash cake birthday session move quickly as we usually have a couple outfits to get through before the smash cake. Every toddler is different…. in their reactions to the cake but must say, she wins the award for loving her cake the most! I think she would have sat infront of her cake all day if we would have let her. The mess did not bother her at all and she kept gobbling pieces of cake and frosting through out the whole time. I was cracking up as she never got tired of it. So, can you imagine all the pictures there are? I tried my best to narrow it down but just couldn’t stop sharing. (tampa newborn photographer) I know from this post it looks like this little angel slept almost the entire time BUT I have to say she was the most calm awake baby I have ever photographed. She was awake A LOT but she would lay just how I put her with her BIG bright eyes. She was truly beautiful and amazing to photograph. She started crying at the very end but who can blame her, I mean I was leaving! 🙂 I can’t wait for her next session! As I adjust to a new more part time summer schedule I have to thank this new mommy and daddy for being patient waiting for their sneak peak and gallery. His personality has helped make his sessions amazing. I have the hardest time narrowing down his images for a blog post and I always have a hard time with those smash cake sessions. The images from those are so fun and I always want to show them all. So, I did my best to make this a peak at his session but I think it’s more like a full view! Ha! (tampa baby photographer) So, as a photographer I LOVE on location sessions… I find that I can be more creative, it is some what more challenging and I enjoy all that a location has to offer for sessions. HOWEVER, I am LOVING the new studio! I have started sessions there and it is awesome! I will be posting pictures in the next month or so as the finishing touches are completed. Can’t wait to share them with everyone! I am scheduling summer sessions BUT they are limited. I will be taking some much needed time off throughout the summer to spend with my family and re energize for the upcoming holiday season (yes, I said HOLIDAY :)). So, if you have been thinking about scheduling something for the summer make sure to call soon as session time will be limited. Now on to the good stuff…. look at this little guy! He was a blast the day he visited the studio and because he is part of the TGP New Beginnings Plan I thought it would be fun to post a newborn and 6 month picture next to each other! I photograph many babies and at this age most of them do love to eat their feet (which I LOVE) but this little one…. he REALLY loved his toes! In fact, we could hardly keep his feet out of his mouth. It was so funny I had to share more than usual amount of pictures. You can just see him looking at those adorable toes and then the urge to get then in his mouth. At one point mom held him back so he couldn’t lean forward to eat them so as you will see…. he just brought them up to his mouth! Don’t worry mom and dad… there are MANY with out toes in the mouth (all though I adore these) and your gallery will be headed your way very soon! (clearwater baby photographer)

He slept almost the whole time with a few breaks for some food…. he has to keep those little leg and arm rolls full of course! I love my job…. I mean, who wouldn’t love playing with these babies all the time? They are all so amazing and such a reminder of how precious the newborn time is. Especially since it fly’s by so fast and before you know it, its gone! 🙁 This family is part of the TGP New Begininngs Plan that will take him with sessions all the way up through the first birthday. Look at this little peanut! I love taking a couple of the same “set ups” in each session for the babies in the TGP New Beginnings Plan so you can really see the growth throughout the year. When families mix on location sessions with studio throughout the year it makes it a little more challenging but we work it out! I love having all these babies in the Tampa Bay area and being able to watch them grow into little toddlers. LOOOVE this little guy! We have had several sessions now and he is always so fun and full of personality. I love editing his sessions as I am stuck with a permanent smile on my face the whole time. He is part of the TGP New Beginnings Plan and I have been lucky enough to photograph him since he was in his mama’s tummy. You can see the maternity session here and his newborn session here… His next session will be at one year 🙁 and then he will be a graduate of this great plan! Thats the worst part of the deal for me… not getting to see these precious little gifts as often anymore! Anyway, this plan is a great gift for a special someone you know that is expecting (hint, hint, daddies and grandparents!). It is truly a gift that will last a life time! I could never choose my favorite sessions as each one brings something special each time! The newborn sessions are just amazing and then the sitting up ones (usually right around 6 months) are SO much fun since their little personalities have developed and that shows right through to the images (they aren’t usually crawling yet either so that makes it fun to :)) and then the one year smash cake sessions are always a blast. They require a little more chasing usually but the outcome is SO worth it! Oh enough babble heres what you really want to see….

Wow…it’s been a wonderful, whirlwind of a season and I am so thankful for my amazing repeat and new clients! I have lots of holiday sessions to post but don’t want to ruin any holiday card surprises so I will save that for another post very soon. I think things have slowed down just enough to share some super fun images from this amazing family! What makes them even more amazing than being a family of 5, coordinating their outfits, dragging grandma and grandpa along and doing all this for their session AFTER sitting through the babies christening that morning? Dad serves our amazing country! Yes, he is in the military and they are stationed here, in Tampa, for a bit. I am so lucky they chose me to capture their special day and their kids…. SO adorable and fun. Thanks to this family for all their sacrifices and for being so patient to see their images as your session got caught right in the middle of holiday madness. Oh those eyes are so beautiful! This little guy was so easy going. He hung in there and pulled off a great 3 month session. From about 3 weeks until babies sit up (about 6 months) is the hardest age to photograph. They don’t curl up anymore like those first weeks of newborn, they loose control of their arms and legs so they kind of fly around and although they interact with mom and dad and familiar faces they are mesmerized with a big camera lens so catching that charming smile is almost impossible. All that being said…. look at this little one. He was amazing! We even got a quick smile out of him and wow… what a great picture! This clearwater family was so much fun and so obviously smitten with their adorable baby (who wouldn’t be… look at him!).

There are no words to explain this baby and his peacefulness. He slept the entire session and continued to sleep even after we were done. These proud parents (and visiting grandparents) were so proud and easy going. It was a joy to meet them and share in their joy. As I always, I love when families incorporate important heirlooms or special keepsakes into their sessions. It makes the sessions that much more special and the images have special meaning. This new daddy and his own dad share three generation wedding rings. They really wanted to show this so with some tricky maneuvering we were able to get some wonderful images. AND to top it off, right at the end of the session dad says “do you think we could do anything with my mustang?” DO YOU THINK? OF COURSE… twist my arm! Ha! 🙂 I only included one sneak peak of that amazing, fun prop. Newborn sessions are not always this easy, not every baby sleeps like this but you have the best chance if you have your babies session with in 5 days of birth. This family is part of the TGP New Beginnings Plan that will take them up through the babies first birthday with sessions. I can’t wait to see this little guy again!

Wow! This little guy was not tired while I visited but we worked on his schedule and got some great images for mom and dad to cherish. They are part of the TGP New Beginnings Plan which takes your precious little one through their first birthday with photo sessions. It is a wonderful plan for new moms and dads as they change so much in the first year. It is a wonderful gift as well if you are looking for something that will last a lifetime for that special baby on the way. I love being a Tampa children photographer and I am so sad that this precious little girl is graduating from the New Beginnings Collection! It has been a great year watching her grow into the little toddler that she has become. We celebrated her birthday in first class style with cake and balloons. She was so fascinated with the balloons that I think I she must be looking up in half of the images! She was less than interested in her cake but she played in it long enough for some really fun pictures. I will miss this Tampa family but I am sure I will see them in the near future for some more fun sessions.
Mini Session update- The date for the Sneak Peak of Santa mini session has changed to November 13th. There are still some openings. More information here…. Also there are a few openings left for Holiday at the Park mini’s.

I never know what to expect when walking into a session. So, predicting what a session with triplets was impossible since I have never photographed triplets before! I must say it was MY PLEASURE! These babies were amazing! They were 8 weeks (which any photographer will tell you starts the beginning of the hardest age to photograph) and they were awesome! Yes, there were tears, breaks and heat but the babies were such troopers. They have been down a long road since the beginning of their little lives but they are happy and healthy…. little miracles! I am so happy to give mom, dad and family some quick sneak peaks here….
Amazing is what this little guy was! He was such a trooper through the whole session! I must say, I love my job, but getting to photograph these precious miracles is definitely at the top of my favorites list!
Oh he is SO precious! I enjoyed every minute of his session and can’t wait for more as he grows this year!
I often say, one of the best parts of the job is meeting new clients. And it was such a pleasure to meet this “mommy and daddy to be” after several phone conversations and lots of emails!
