(Clearwater maternity photographer) Ahhhh, the wind was in full force at this on location maternity. I know we were all worried about how the pictures would turn out with this special couple in a wind tunnel for much of the session but we were able to find a few spots that weren’t quite as bad and even the ones where the wind was blowing turned out amazing! I LOVE on location maternity sessions. It is so fun to be able to incorporate the natural beauty of outside with the natural glow of a “mommy to be”. I know for sure the couple is SUPER excited to meet their new baby as it has been a VERY LONG time coming. You can see how much the kids have grown and there has even been one added! 🙂 It is obvious how much they love to spend time together and that of course makes my job not only easier but also so much fun! At the end, when we really wanted a few awake shots mom got a tambourine toy from the TGP toy basket and started banging it loudly to wake him. He just completed his second session of the New Beginnings Plan and I am SOO looking forward to his smash cake session. He has been a “dream” baby for both sessions so far and you can check out his newborn session with his siblings here. In most cases, babies are in their “birthday suits” for the newborn session but the next session is a great session for a cute outfit or two. I always love to do a series of with just a diaper cover though… those are my favorites and they are timeless images that will be cherished forever. (tampa baby photographer)
(tampa baby photographer) How could I ask for anything better than being able to spend time with these little ones. They are precious, so innocent and so tiny. Definitely one of the best parts of my job! This newest member of the TGP New Beginnings Plan was an absolute dream! Even with his big brother (who is by no means big… under 2 himself) who was very hesitant to be to close to him, this little guy was in sleepy dreamland. Both of these children are beautiful…. mommy and daddy make beautiful babies!
I often joke with my clients that for me, capturing, with photography, that rare newborn smile is SO hard. I swear, those smiles always happen when the camera is NOT close to me and I rarely get to capture them on the camera. This precious bundle of joy gave me MANY smiles though and I did capture some. I am not sharing here because I know birth announcements are yet to go out and I am sure mom and dad want some surprises for that. This darling little baby girl was so amazing for her session and I have a feeling she will continue to amaze her family everyday for many years to come. I feel so blessed to be chosen to capture her first year for her family and to watch her grow this year as her family has chosen to participate in the TGP New Beginnings Plan. I seriously can not wait to see her at each of her sessions and hope maybe mommy will plan a couple extra in there so that I can see her a little bit more 🙂 Hint, hint, mommy!
(tampa newborn baby photographer) Oh what fun this busy little guy was! When doing family photography, I can never decide which of the 3 sessions from the New Beginnings Plan is my favorite. I of course love those newborns and at the “sitting up” sessions the babies are usually so happy. Then there is the forever popular smash cake sessions which are hilarious! Instead of the traditional 6 month session I recommend doing a “sitting up session” when the babies are usually 7-8 months and you can really capture that next stage from the itty bitty baby they were just a few short months ago. It is a really fun session. Enjoy a sneak peak of this happy little guy!

This couple will have a super hard time narrowing down their choices! They are also members of the TGP New Beginnings Plan and their baby will be arriving VERY soon. I can not wait to meet them again only this time as a family of 3! There are lots to look at since I just couldn’t decide!

Can you believe this mommy had her baby 3 days after this session and she was only 2 weeks early! She looks amazing… I know, don’t hate her! Just wait until I can show off her new daughter! I think this might be the end of my girls streak though… 🙁 New Beginning Plan members coming up soon are expecting boys, who are just as lovable and amazing just no girlie headbands of course. I am already scheduling into April and spaces are limited. Anyway, this little girl was absolutely precious. I loved sharing this special time with her and her family.
What can I say… I was so honored to photograph this little guy and he will hold a special place in my heart forever. MANY years ago when I was 18 I started working at a preschool as a one year old teacher. The first little face I saw was quite possibly the cutest little girl I had ever seen in a yellow tutu. Oh how she captured my heart! I became friends with the little girls mom and stayed close to the little girl throughout the years. Our families shared many memories as the years went on, weddings, celebrations, birthdays, etc… Those memories hold a special place in heart and when the little girls mom passed away many years later I was heartbroken not only for the loss in my life but for the little girl as well. But NOW, the little girl in the yellow tutu has her own new baby and I was honored to capture his first few days of birth for her. He was truly so precious and I know his grandma is looking down from above with the most love in her heart keeping watch over him and his mommy.
(tampa baby photographer) There are some things about newborns that just capture me. Besides their innocence, and tiny little features, I love their peeling wrinkly skin and their jerky, uncontrolled movements (also know as the moro or startle reflex) and even that little umbilical cord stump. All of these things show how little they are and it is the only time in their life that these things will occur (at least naturally anyway LOL!). These things are characteristics of a newborn and I love when I can capture some of them on camera. I have a little series of the feet picture below (although I am only showing one here) and I must say it is one of my favorite pictures! Anyway, a special last minute welcome to this family to the New Beginnings Plan. The smallest princess in these pictures was part of the TGP New Beginnings Plan and officially graduated with this session. It was so much fun to watch her grow throughout the year and she and her sister loved to “ham it up” for me at each session. (clearwater beach photographer) Not only was this family super nice and fun but beautiful as well! They kids were just darling and I had a blast chasing them around the beach with my camera! Beach sessions are such an amazing way to not only create beautiful portraits but also to capture timeless memories. Making the session fun and interactive for the whole family is a great way to get the kids and parents relaxed and feeling at ease infront of the camera. Of course we always work to get the classic smiling portraits but my favorites and many time my clients favorites end up being the ones that show true personality. That may include giggling and tickling pictures or even a serious expression that tugs at moms heartstrings. It’s those faces that only moms (and sometimes dads :)) know and love. This family was vacationing here and I hope that our session together was a highlight of their trip and one they will not forget. I know it was a highlight of my week! 🙂 Their next big challenge will be when they receive their gallery in the next day or so and have to make decisions on what to invest in! She did give in after awhile though and once those bright eyes closed we were able to keep her asleep for all the fun posing and props mommy wanted to use. (clearwater baby photographer) This little bundle of joy was just that “a bundle of joy”! She just completed her second session of the exclusive Tracy Gabbard Photography New Beginnings Plan. She was so much fun! Her big sister didn’t get left out either as we captured some great images of her as well. Check out the eyes on them… beautiful blue and brown, just beautiful! I can never decide which of the 3 sessions in the New Beginnings Plan I love the best as they all offer something so precious and different as each one. The newborn session is of course “one of a kind” as those first couple weeks go by so fast and are such a blur. Those little toes and faces are never that little again (or quiet :)). But the sitting up session is such a blast as they are always sitting up and full of smiles and sometimes they are even crawling (like the little one below). And then there is the one year old session with the smash cake. Now, there is NOTHING like a smash cake session! This set of twins could not be more different in their little personalities. One outgoing and friendly while the other little one was much more cautious and quiet. (clearwater baby photographer) Oh MY goodness! This sweet thing turned on some serious personality for her first birthday session! She was SUCH a blast to have in the studio! I am sorry that this is her last session of the popular TGP New Beginnings Plan but I am sure (at least I hope) I will see her for many more sessions to come as she grows through the next few years. Smash cake birthday session move quickly as we usually have a couple outfits to get through before the smash cake. Every toddler is different…. in their reactions to the cake but must say, she wins the award for loving her cake the most! I think she would have sat infront of her cake all day if we would have let her. The mess did not bother her at all and she kept gobbling pieces of cake and frosting through out the whole time. I was cracking up as she never got tired of it. So, can you imagine all the pictures there are? I tried my best to narrow it down but just couldn’t stop sharing. (palm harbor baby photographer) I am often asked to photograph events and although I do try to keep my weekends for my family I will photograph a few birthdays and special events per year. The event session includes the digital files and a beautiful custom designed CD case. I was lucky enough to be asked to to capture this little guy’s first birthday and it was a blast! He is part of the TGP New Beginnings Plan and I will be so sad after his last session which will be coming up soon. Complete with Kermit the Frog theme, everything was decked out in green and Kermit. I must say, even the Hershey’s kisses had a themed sticker on the bottom of them… the whole party was simply adorable!
