Yes, Tracy Gabbard Photography may use images from my sessions in TGP blogs, social media, magazines, professional print competitions, gallery exhibitions and in it's online portfolio.No thank you, please do not share any of my images online or in any type of advertising at all.

Session Information

This session is designed to create images to be used for talent/modeling agencies in effort to be hired by third parties for advertising. These sessions include the following:

1. Studio time with on and off shooting for up to 2 hours.
2. Depending on the package chosen, there will be at least 2 different looks including outfit changes or accessories added to an outfit.
3. There will likely be 30 or more images for you to choose from from your gallery. If your pre paid package includes all digital images then you will receive all the images in your gallery. Otherwise you will choose the appropriate amount of images that were paid for.
4. Depending on the package that is prepaid for, Tracy may help with some shopping for the model. These clothes will remain the property of Tracy even if worn during the models session. These clothes will be combined with the clothes that are provided by the model.
5. If the package you have chosen includes hair and make up, we will discuss together how to manage the time the hair and make up professional will be there. She will be at the session for about an hour so we will decide together how to use her best. More time can be added for an additional charge.

This session is for ONE person ONLY. No siblings, parents or any other person may join in the session.

There is NO photography or videography of any kind allowed in the studio with the exception of the photographer.

The child or adult participating must be able to follow directions and will need to wear whatever the stylist suggests for outfits for each look.

The participant will need to provide most of the wardrobe. If Tracy is doing some shopping for the session she will add to what is brought by the participant. The clothes that Tracy purchases will remain the property of Tracy and will not be given to the participant.

There will be other steps that will need to be taken by the parent or the participating individual between the talent agency and themselves to sign on with an agency. Paying for and participating in this session is NOT A GUARANTEE of work or a signing with any talent or modeling agency.

It is the responsibility of the parent or participant to follow the steps required by the talent agency to get a signed contract. This session is not a guarantee of work or signing with an agency.

This session does not reflect pricing for a regular session with Tracy Gabbard Photography. This is special pricing and a special process that is used for modeling sessions only.

The model release in this form is only for Tracy Gabbard Photography or TG Photo, Inc. to use any and all images created from the modeling session in advertisement, on website, social media or for any other purposes Tracy deems necessary.
