Petite Santa Session – Saturday, November 9, 2024 from 3:00 PM – 3:10 PM

By Registering for this session, I understand that the 2024 Petite Santa Sessions will be 10 minutes and if I am late it will cut into the time of my session. This session is $199 and is non refundable and non transferable should I cancel my session. Registration is $99 and is due upon registering and is non refundable.  The balance of $100 will be due 7 days before the session and my credit card will automatically be charged for the remaining amount of $100 on Saturday, Nov. 2, 2024. If I DO NOT make the final payment of $100 I understand that my session will be forfeited and my deposit will not be refunded.

I agree and understand that …

1. The 10 minute Petite Santa Sessions are for 1-2 children only and each additional child will be $15 each. It is recommended if there are more than 3 children to register for 2 sessions back to back. Children must be siblings.  Children from non immediate family would need to schedule another session (i.e., cousins, close friends, etc…)  This private session includes 10 minutes of private time with Santa, the time and talent of Tracy, Santa and any assistants that may be helping, the use of the custom designed set, a special gift from Santa, the editing of all images and a private gallery link to choose the included 5 digital files from.  Additional files may be purchased after receiving the gallery.

2. I understand that my session will take place at the Tracy Gabbard Photography studio. The address is 4760 East Bay Dr. Clearwater, Fl 33764.

3. I understand that I MUST be on time for my session. Late arrivals will lose session time or lose the entire session if there is not enough time and that my $199 is non refundable.  There are a limited number of sessions available and registering for a session will save your time slot and make it unavailable for others.

4. I understand that all children react differently to Santa and that my experience and amount of digital files available from the session will be based on my child’s interaction and participation. Tracy and her team are professionals and have many tips and tricks to help with scared or hesitant children and will do their best to help your child through the session. So- don’t worry too much if your child is scared and cries. There are many things we can do to capture the moment as it is for you. We will do our best but with children, there is never a guarantee that there will be more than 5 digital files or that your child will participate with smiles or happy faces.

5. I understand that ONLY children will be permitted in the pictures. No pets, parents, extended family or friends.
