Petite Headshot Session – Friday, January 31, 2025 from 10:00 AM – 10:20 AM

By Registering for this session, I understand that the 2025 Petite Headshot Session will be 20 minutes and if I am late it will cut into the time of my session. This session is $249 and is non refundable and non transferable should I cancel my session.

I agree and understand that …

1. The Petite Headshot Session includes a PRIVATE 20 minute session, professional and flattering posing, 1 outfit (Tracy recommends having a jacket or sweater so you can have choices with it on and off), “professional” props, light editing touch ups if needed, private gallery link to choose the included 3 digital files from (with option to purchase more).

2. I understand that my session will take place at the Tracy Gabbard Photography studio. The address is 4760 East Bay Dr. Clearwater, Fl 33764.

3. I understand the Petite Headshot Session is for myself only. Any guests brought to the session will not have their picture taken.

4. I understand that I MUST be on time for my session. Late arrivals will lose session time or lose the entire session if there is not enough time and that my $249 is non refundable. There are a limited number of sessions available and registering for a session will save your time slot and make it unavailable for others.
