Family Holiday WITH The Santa Experience $525
(Non refundable as this makes the VERY limited spots unavailable for other families)

• A 20 minute session
• The use of the TGP custom designed set (set is still in creation but will reflect the same classic style that is a staple of the TGP studios)
• The experience and talent of Tracy and her assistants
• Snacks to go
• A private online gallery to view pictures
• 5 digital files of your choice
• Option to add on additional packages
• And a few fun little surprises

Also including The Santa Experience

• Private time with an experienced Santa
• Depending on participation of child(ren) a fun activity with Santa

By registering for this session, I understand that the Family Holiday Session 2024 With the Santa Experience will be up to 20 minutes and if I am late it will cut into the time of my session. It is $525 WITH The Santa Experience includes 5 digital files of my choice, and is non-refundable or transferable, should I cancel or am late to my session. 1. I understand that my session will take place at the Tracy Gabbard Photography studio. The address is 4760 East Bay Dr. Clearwater, Fl 33764.

2. I understand that I MUST be on time for my session. Late arrivals will lose session time or will be cancelled if there is not enough time to have the session. I understand if this happens, my $525 will not be refunded.

3. I understand that my session includes 5 digital files that I will choose from a private online gallery and that there will be packages I can add on after receiving my gallery that will allow me to upgrade my package.

What is THE SANTA EXPERIENCE:

The Santa Experience is a wonderful time for your child(ren) to experience the magic of Santa for more than 1-2 minutes and without all the craziness of the mall. This will be a time for your child to share a book or just chat and receive a small gift from Santa. You will receive a questionnaire after registration to fill out so that Santa knows a little bit about your child and he can interact with them personally. This interaction will create a magical experience for your child and beautiful portraits for you to enjoy each year.
