Holiday Experience 2022 Without Santa – Saturday, Nov 12 from 10:00 am – 10:20 am

Guidelines for the Holiday Experience 2022 session WITHOUT the Santa
(To know before completing your registration)

I understand that the Holiday Experience 2022 WITHOUT the Santa will be up to 20 minutes and if I am late it will cut into the time of my session. The session fee is $150 WITHOU the Santa, and is non-refundable or transferable, should I cancel my session.

I agree and understand that…

1. The session fee includes the time and talent of Tracy during your session, the use of the custom designed set Tracy has created, and the editing of all images and a private online gallery of images to choose from.
2. This session fee DOES NOT include prints, digital files or products. Those will be purchased separately AFTER you receive a gallery of your images through email. More info about the sessions and the packages that will be offered is available HERE.
3. I understand that my session will take place at the Tracy Gabbard Photography studio. The address is 4760 East Bay Dr. Clearwater, Fl 33764.
4. I understand that I MUST be on time for my session. Late arrivals will lose session time.
5. Scheduled sessions are non-refundable.
